Manual Gaging

When considering a custom gaging solution, operator involvement plays a role. At "The Gage," we like to say we take the "u" or "you" out of the gauge.

The biggest factor in accurate, repeatable measurement is the influence of the gage by the user. When discussing "single element" or "multi-dimensional" gaging, our first look is always how the operator can influence the measurement result. As with most manual gages, we design specifically around this simple, yet potential source of error.

In addition, all of our readout amplifiers each provide a means to simply and definitively decipher a good part from bad — limit indicators, color bar-graphs, dial displays, and graphic displays. Each have an easy to read, effective method to determine good from bad.
